Can you please answer the following:

* Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it saved locally on your C: Drive, or in a cloud-based/external location (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox, USB)?
* Are you using a VPN when updating your accounts? If so, does turning it off make any difference?
* Do you have any antivirus or anti-malware software running that could be interfering with Quicken? Have you tried temporarily disabling it to test?
* When did you first notice this issue starting?
* Were there any major system or software changes right before the issue began (such as OS updates, new software installs, etc.)?
* Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already? If so, which ones?
