Why is Update Summary not showing summary information for accounts

Update summary is showing summary information for services…but not accounts.

    Thanks for reaching out and telling us about your issue! If the Update Summary is showing service info but not account-specific details, we’ll need to gather a bit more info to investigate further.

    Can you please answer the following:

    • Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it saved locally on your C: Drive, or in a cloud-based/external location (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox, USB)?
    • Are you using a VPN when updating your accounts? If so, does turning it off make any difference?
    • Do you have any antivirus or anti-malware software running that could be interfering with Quicken? Have you tried temporarily disabling it to test?
    • When did you first notice this issue starting?
    • Were there any major system or software changes right before the issue began (such as OS updates, new software installs, etc.)?
    • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already? If so, which ones?
