Release R63.2. Build 27.1.63.2.

Starting about a week ago, I got a ton of errors (CC-800) when updating my accounts. This affected ALL of my accounts, and I have over 15 of them. The errors did not resolve after a couple days. I decided to reset all the accounts. This took some time, but for the most part it worked. However, I’m still having an issue with accounts from Chase.

I have 3 credit card accounts w/Chase. Two are personal and one is a business account. The business account has a different username than the personal accounts. The problem is this… when I look in the password vault, there is no longer a way for me to manage the individual stored usernames and passwords with some banks. The Chase listing in password vault cannot be manually edited. When I reset or add an account from Chase, it asks me to log into Chase and then select the accounts for which I grant access to Quicken. When I try to reset my Chase personal accounts, I log in to Chase and select the two personal accounts. When the account reset process completes, I am able to link the two personal accounts, but I get an error stating that the business account could not be found. So, the business account online setup gets broken in Quicken. If I then try to reset the business account, again I log into Chase, this time with a different username. I select the business account to grant access, and when the login is complete, I am able to link the business account in Quicken. However, now I get an error stating that the two personal accounts could not be found at Chase, and their account online setup gets broken.

For some reason, Quicken is not creating two separate password vault entries for Chase for the two usernames. It is only creating one entry, assumedly under one username, which lists both my personal accounts and business account. This seems to be a bug. And like I mentioned, it started about a week ago.

I am unable to get update working for my 3 Chase accounts at the same time.

I have the same problem, except with a total of 11 Chase Personal and Business accounts.

To further troubleshoot, I deactivated all Chase accounts. Then activate one Personal account using Personal Chase credentials. The process completes and activates all Personal Chase accounts.

Repeat with Business Chase accounts and Business Chase credentials. It activates all Business Chase accounts, but cannot find Personal Chase accounts, so Quicken disables those from One Step Update.

It appears that Quicken is treating Chase Personal and Chase Business as the same connection, while Chase is not.

I have even had Chase merge my Personal and Business accounts into the Chase Business profile, but that does not fix the issue. Even though I can view and transact on my Personal accounts within the Chase Business portal, Quicken will not connect to the Personal accounts during an Update.

In my case, the Quicken Password Vault has separate entries for my Chase Personal and Chase Business accounts, but they are EWC+ and cannot be edited.

I believe Quicken needs to treat Chase Personal and Chase Business as separate entities, or at least, not break(disable from One Step Update) the Chase accounts it cannot find.

The current situation is a Quicken showstopper for me.
