Citi AAdvantage Executive World Mastercard will not download transactions

I have a Citi American Airlines card and since June 1, it is no longer downloading transactions. I'm not getting any error messages. I need some help!

Thanks for reaching out and providing those details. I’ve taken a look on our end and don’t see any internal errors currently impacting your connection.
To help us investigate further, could you please answer the following:
- Where is your Quicken data file saved—on your local hard drive (C: Drive), or somewhere external/cloud-based like OneDrive, Dropbox, or a USB drive?
- Are you connected to a VPN when trying to update your accounts? If so, does turning it off make any difference?
- Are you running any antivirus or anti-malware software that might be blocking Quicken’s connection? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it as a test?
For now, I suggest reviewing the troubleshooting steps in this support article to get started.
Once we have this information, we’ll be better able to guide you from there.
