cannot connect to support -and I've used this program for 20 years

I have an ongoing problem for 1.5 years. Used to be able to connect by phone -no longer can! After finally finding and submitting my info online and receiving a security code I'm directed to a page that says I don't have a subscription! I CLEARLY PAID MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION A FEW MONTHS AGO!!! wHAT THE H…. HAS HAPPENED TO QUICKEN???

    When you do HELP, About Quicken … what shows as the Version and the "Subscription Valid thru…" date?
