Memorized Payee Settings Disappear

This seems to happen every couple of months. I have my wife and my Social Security payments set with all of the proper splits to enter properly every month. Then after a couple of months both of the payee registers are back to default at the same time. "Lock" is set. In my case the transaction will start with a "Renaming Rule" feeding the "Memorized Payee" list. Has worked fine while it lasts but then the "Memorized Payee" setting for both is wiped clean. The "Payees" are still there. Any thoughts ?

Are you syncing to the Quicken cloud for Q mobile or Q web? If so, try turning off the cloud sync. It’s been known to cause issues with memorized payees.

Yes, I have it on. When I searched the community for sync and memorized payees, I now see the discussion. You would think after this amount of time it would be finally fixed.

Another alternative would be to use reminders for your social security deposits. The cloud sync does not seem to cause issues with reminders.

Agree, you would think some of the longstanding cloud sync issues would have been fixed by now.
