Cloud sync on exit not working

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

I recently noticed that I am not being asked to cloud sync when exiting, even though the "Remind me to sync to Quicken Cloud on exit" is checked. I've validated and super-validated my files as recommended in a 2024 thread but still no luck. Please help this Quicken user of a good 15-20 years, at least. Thanks!

  • @countrysun1 after you check that box, let it sit overnight and check tomorrow morning. From what I have seen, it seems to start working again the next day.

    As in - leave quicken open overnight? I'll try that, thanks. Let's see.

  • @countrysun1 sorry that didn't work, but here is another thing to try that might work -

    Reset the Quicken ID associated with the Quicken file.

    1. Click on Edit → Preferences → Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    2. Then click "Sign in as a different user"
    3. Enter "yes"
    4. Click on "Sign Out"
    5. Sign in with the your Quicken ID

    After you do this, make sure the "Remind me to sync to Quicken Cloud on exit" is checked, and see if it works.
