Cloud sync on exit not working

I recently noticed that I am not being asked to cloud sync when exiting, even though the "Remind me to sync to Quicken Cloud on exit" is checked. I've validated and super-validated my files as recommended in a 2024 thread but still no luck. Please help this Quicken user of a good 15-20 years, at least. Thanks!

@countrysun1 after you check that box, let it sit overnight and check tomorrow morning. From what I have seen, it seems to start working again the next day.

As in - leave quicken open overnight? I'll try that, thanks. Let's see.

@countrysun1 you don't need to leave Quicken open overnight, just select the option and check it again tomorrow morning.

@countrysun1 sorry that didn't work, but here is another thing to try that might work -
Reset the Quicken ID associated with the Quicken file.
- Click on Edit → Preferences → Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
- Then click "Sign in as a different user"
- Enter "yes"
- Click on "Sign Out"
- Sign in with the your Quicken ID
After you do this, make sure the "Remind me to sync to Quicken Cloud on exit" is checked, and see if it works.
