First Commonwealth Bank connection issue

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Hi - I'm on Quicken Classic Premier - vs R63.21. Issue started about a week ago - when on connection deactivated without any interaction from me. When I try to reactivate - I get the message below - note no error codes shown. I did call First Comm and the rep was not aware of any issues on their side. Assuming Quicken is aware and would like to get an update on this issue. Appreciate your help here! Thanks
