How do I get my Quicken file to add an account?
I recently had my laptop reset for another issue. So, when I get that authorization failed or canceled. I'm wondering if it has something to do with that. The message also mentions that 'scheduled updates require your Quicken ID to be created and authorized.' Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. When you say you had to get your laptop reset, what do you mean? For instance, was the operating system reinstalled?
Did you have to reinstall the Quicken program?
What process are you using in Quicken to try to add an account? Are you clicking the + sign icon, navigating to Tools>Add Account, or following some other process? At what point are you getting stuck or encountering an error message/code? What exactly is happening? If you are seeing an error, what is the exact message/code that you are seeing?
