SDCCU transaction download gets CC-501 errors

I've been getting CC-501 download errors for several days for San Diego County Credit Union. I haven't seen other posts about this, so I'm writing this one. The CC-501 explanation claims that Quicken probably already knows about the problem and is working on it, but, with no other posts, I guess I'm not so sure about that. Please address this!

    Hello @Ducksoup_SD,

Thank you for letting us know you've been seeing a CC-501 error for several days. Do you recall when the issue first started? Was the account previously connected and working? What is the exact error message you are seeing when you attempt to connect/update with SDCCU? So that we can check for more detailed information on the exact error you're encountering, please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached.

It's been going on for about a week - this has been working for years. All I get is a CC-501, saying don't contact SDCCU, it's not their fault. I tried Troubleshooting's account reset and it didn't help, plus all of my previous login info is gone. Here's a screen shot of the Quicken error. I recently got a notice that SDCCU was merging with another local credit union, so maybe that's part of the problem, if their IT departments are entangled. I just sent the error report.

    Thank you for your reply,

I checked the logs you sent and can see error code QCS-409. To troubleshoot that specific error, please backup your Quicken file, deactivate the problem account(s), then reconnect the account(s) by navigating to Tools>Add Account, and following the prompts. Please make sure to carefully relink the account(s) to the correct nickname in Quicken.

Please let me know how it goes!

They were already deactivated by the Troubleshooter. When I just tried Adding the account, I got a CC-502 error - try again in a few hours.

@Ducksoup_SD SDCCU is merging with California Coast Credit Union. Have you tried connecting your account with that FI?

No, because I can log into the SDCCU website to see my accounts, I just can't get Quicken to talk to SDCCU. SDCCU is by far and away the larger of the two, so it's unlikely they will port everyone over to Cal Coast's site.

Having same issue. Have used this account for years with no issue. I noticed the last few days. Have sent in my logs to Quicken.

I'm hoping that they haven't decided to disconnect permanently the way Discover Card did - no notice and no training for the phone reps.
