How to fix Zero Sales Tax when creating invoice

It worked fine with my Home and Business Quicken. When I create an Invoice and add taxes, it shows a percentage, but the $$ and total does not apply. I tried all the possible fixes I could find online, but still no luck. Has anybody

here experienced this issue? Please take a look at the screenshot.

Have you marked the category uses as being taxable?

It's not the Income category itself that must be marked as taxable. It's the Invoice Line Item whiich must be marked as a taxable line item.
This is done by either clicking the individual line item's "T" column in the New Customer Invoice data entry dialog
or, better, by marking the invoice line item definition as a taxable item (so it's automatic when you create a new invoice using this item)

Just remember, changing the line item definition does not automatically change any existing invoices.
You need to edit each incorrect invoice, as needed, and mark the "T" column to add Sales Tax before finishing it and sending it to the customer.
