San Diego County Credit Union cannot connect

I have not been able to download any transactions from San Diego County Credit Union for two days. I can log in to their site directly using the same credentials as Quicken. I am using Quicken Deluxe for Mac and was logging in successfully until June 23. Quicken is trying to use Quicken Connect to connect to the accounts, the option to use Direct Connect is not availableI even tried disconnecting one of my accounts and reconnecting, I get the following error notice when I try to connect or reconnect an account. (no error codes)

    I checked internally, and it looks like your connection attempts are returning the following errors: NO_ACCOUNTS_FOUND, FDP-102 FI_TIMEOUT, and FDP-5005 CP_SERVER_ERROR.

    To help you better understand these errors, here are a couple of support articles:

    As mentioned in both articles, if the issue has persisted for more than 24 hours (which it sounds like it has), you'll need to reach out to Quicken Support directly. They’ll be able to collect and review your log files and escalate the issue if needed.
