CC-505 ERROR with Scotiabank in Canada
I use Quicken on a Windows PC in Canada. It's a subscription based product.
In the past week I have noticed that none of my accounts from Scotiabank are updating properly and I am getting a CC-505 error. It was working flawlessly in the past.
It connects to the account as I am getting a notification sent to my iPhone to ask if it is me trying to login which is a standard security feature from Scotia Bank to ensure you are aware that someone is logging into the account.

Hello again,
Thank you for providing your Quicken ID via DM. I checked your account, and in addition to the CC-505 error you're seeing on your end, we’re also seeing internal errors FDP-185 (CC-585) and FDP-108 (CC-508). I’ll include support articles below for all three error codes::
Please review and follow the guidance outlined in each of these articles.
Hope this helps!
