Separate Bank Accounts Confusing Quicken

My wife and I have separate bank accounts at USAA with separate logins.

Only recently, this has caused a problem for Quicken. Her accounts stopped uploading and are showing a red circle with a line through them to the left of the account name. When I hover over it, it tells me "Quicken is unable to update your account. Click here to add your account again". So I followed the link to reactivate them. Quicken went to the login screen and logged in as my wife, and Quicken deactivated my accounts, but got hers back online. So I went and reactivated mine, going through the process of logging in as me on the bank's website, and so it deactivated her accounts in Quicken since it didn't find them on the bank's website with my login.

We both have checking accounts and credit card accounts, but she can see my Visa (card balance only) with her login. I've been using Quicken for over 20 years without this problem, and it's working fine for our separate Schwab accounts, but somehow it is a nightmare for our USAA accounts. At this point, I have a choice of either her accounts deactivated or mine but I can't get both at the same time.

I'm using Quicken Classic Deluxe with Windows 11 Enterprise. My subscription is up to date. Any help will be appreciated.

I have to think that there's something else going on. My wife & I have separate accounts at both Fidelity Investments and US Bank, with separate logins, and have no problem downloading from all of them into Q.

Maybe Schwab changed something beyond Q's control.

The Schwab accounts are fine. They have separate logins with multiple accounts each and both update without a problem. It's the USAA accounts that are misbehaving. I'm not sure what USAA could be doing that confuses Q other than Q thinking that all of the accounts use the same login name and password.

Sorry about the Schwab reference … I mis-read.

re: USAA, there's been a lot of reports lately about them. You might try the search box at the top of the home page to see if there's any other discussions pertinent to your issue.
