What happened to mouse hover over portfolio values to show them?

I used to see individual portfolio values when I hovered my mouse over them and saw the + sign. No longer. What happened?

Let’s narrow it down:

Which view are you referring to specifically? Is it the Portfolio Value graph in the Investing > Portfolio tab? Or somewhere else in the Investing section?
Did this change happen after a recent Quicken update or OS update? If so, that helps us isolate whether this is a UI bug or a removed feature.
Are you using a single monitor or dual-monitor setup, or have DPI scaling turned on (like 125% or 150%)? Sometimes graphical behaviors tied to hovering can break when screen scaling is involved.
