servicing.mohela.com (Navient loans) download not available

Is there a timeline on when loans from Navient that were transitioned to Mohela will be available for download in Quicken? The login link is myaccount.servicing.mohela.com, but this is not available in the loan setup. It's close to a year now that this hasn't been working

I've tried the other Mohela options (like the Federal Student Aid one), but with my mohela login details that setup fails every time.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience!

If your student loan servicer has changed their URL (like Navient loans now serviced by Mohela via servicing.mohela.com), that change must be submitted by the financial institution directly to our service providers in order to be updated in Quicken. Unfortunately, we cannot make that change on our end.
