CC-501 Discover Card Account Center

I know that there have been problems recently with CC-501 against various accounts. The ones I had trouble with seem to be okay now EXCEPT for my Discover card. This hasn't worked for since last week. Am I in the correct discussion for this kind of problem?

    I checked your account and am not seeing any internal errors currently occurring for Discover Card Account Center.

    Typically, CC-501 errors are temporary and tend to self-resolve within 24 hours. If you haven’t already, we recommend reviewing this support article for more details and troubleshooting steps.

    As stated in the article, if the error continues for more than 24 hours, you'll need to contact Quicken Support directly so they can collect and review your log files. If necessary, they’ll escalate the issue for further investigation.

    @Bobbo have you tried using "Discover Card" instead of "Discover Card Account Center"?

    What I did do after seeing your response was to deactivate Online Services for my Discover Card, then set up automatic entry without making any other changes. It is working now. I used the same URL that I have been using for the last 25 years to gain access to my account and Quicken seems to be happy with it. Let's see what happens the next time.

    @Bobbo glad you got it working again. What I have found out about these CC-501 errors is that the best thing to wait a day and if after that the error still doesn't clear then deactivate and reactivate your account.

    If you have multiple CC-501 errors across different financial institutions, then wait until the issue resolves itself or Quicken makes an announcement, like what happened recently.

    I've been getting a CC501 on my Paypal Credit for almost 2 months. I've contacted support multiple time. I don't think they care as long as they're getting paid for this subpar software.
