In recent months I have noticed that the balances of my Fidelity accounts reported on Quicken Subscription for Mac are not the same as the balances on the Fidelity website. How can this be corrected?

Could you please provide more information? When did you first notice this issue? Did anything occur within Quicken or the financial institution before this issue began? Are you or have you received any error codes or messages? Are these investment account(s)? If so, do you know if there are any placeholder transactions or balance adjustments?
