tmp file save dialog box

Running Quicken Classic R63.21 Build 27.1.63.21 on Windows 11

Just a couple of days ago after my laptop crashed, I now get a File Save popup to save a file named HTV****.tmp in c:\users\[name]\AppData\Local\Temp\QWMSHTML where **** is four letters/numbers whenever I open any of the registers in Quicken.

Any suggestions?

I've never heard of this before … so I'd suggest that you contact Q Support via the link at the top of this page.

BUT, before that, you might try a re-install of Q.
