Resetting Accounts every day or two

Hello!

I am noticing several bank accounts are not downloading the most recent transactions using Webconnect+, although it appears to update the ending balance so the ending amount is inaccurate.

The workaround appears to be to "Reset" one of the bank accounts. Then, the missing transactions pop in and balance matches.

    Which financial institutions are you experiencing this issue with? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? When you say "reset" are you referring to the "Reset Account" feature located with the Account settings or are you referring to deactivating and reactivating the accounts?

    Hello

    Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Chase. Yes, the reset account feature seems to help. I've tried the reactivation but that brings all of the transactions and that didn't fix the issue long term either.
