Schwab taxable acct transactions not downloading. Non taxable works.

Question

I combined two trust accts into one . Since I did that neither the trust account nor our joint account transactions download. Went thru the Quicken reset procedures . Also made sure all boxes on the Schwab web site were checked and also box for new schwab accounts.

Thank you for letting us know you're having an issue with Schwab transactions not downloading from your taxable accounts.  To help troubleshoot, please provide more information.  When did this issue first start?  Do you see any error messages/codes, or is it acting like everything is working, but nothing downloads?  How recent are the missing transactions?  Are the problem accounts active (transactions other than interest payments in the last 90 days)?  Have you made sure the registers for the problem accounts are sorted by Date?

If you haven't, please do so, just in case the transactions did download, but were hidden by the sort order.

Forgot to mention our non-taxable accounts download fine just the taxable accounts do not download transactions
