Mobile and web syncing with laptop software

Please sync web with laptop quicken. I enter cash transactions into my mobile device all the time and for years, I have thought that it automatically updates through my web account to my laptop software. Today I learned that it does not.
That means that I have to manually re-enter every cash transaction twice, once into my mobile device and once into my laptop file…manually!
I use my laptop file to generate tax information for my tax returns, this means that for the past few years, I may not have had accurate information as I had assumed that the laptop software syncs with the web account. Like Dropbox and other apps do.
Now I may have to go back through years of data to see if my tax returns were correct. it is crazy that the laptop file does not automatically sync with the web account. Please fix this!!! It needs to be bidirectional syncing!
This should also auto correct typos.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. The Quicken Cloud does sync bidirectionally. For more information on how the Quicken cloud should work, see this article:
To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Is this problem happening only with the information that you're entering on the mobile device? Does it happen every time, or randomly? When did you first notice this issue?
