Has the Axos Bank download problem been resolved?

For over a year, I have not been able to download transactions from my Axos Bank checking account into Quicken using the One Step Update. I have been able to download transactions by going to the Axos website, downloading a file, and then importing that into Quicken. There have been many discussions about this problem on these boards over the past year or so, but I don't see that there has been a resolution. Has anyone found a solution?
