Truist Bank online downloads for reconciliation are no longer working

the last three days I've received the following error when I download my transactions. Other banks in the same download are working as expected.
Account must be re-setup due to bad connection state, UKNOWN ANOMALOUS STATE. (1006)
No changes were made to the account information, All FOUR of the accounts are impacted
what's the resolution to this problem?

Thanks for reaching out!
We currently have an open Alert regarding Truist—recent changes were made to the connection setup. If you're using Express Web Connect, you'll want to deactivate and reactivate using the “Truist Bank” instance. If you're using Direct Connect, reconnect using “Truist Online Banking – DC.”
