Online balance wrong on my register

My "online balance" shows $30 more than the actual bank balance. A $30 item from two months ago (May) cleared my bank in same month. The item shows as not cleared in my register. If I mark it cleared my bank doesn't reconcile in Quicken. It would reconcile if the "online balance" were correct. Can I fix it or do I need to contact support?

Do you allow pending transactions to be downloaded?
If so, backup your data file before proceeding.
Then try clicking on the icon immediately to the right of the Online Balance. Do you get a popup looking similar to this?
If, so, click on "Online Balance not right?", select "Exclude Pending" and click on "Save".
Did that resolve the Online Balance issue for you?
