Credit card account reconciliation issues

I am having an issue with a Nordstrom credit card when reconciling. The screenshot adds clarity, but I have a negative balance (i.e., I owe) $3998.88. When I reconcile to the "Online balance", the online balance is interpreted as a positive $3998.88, so quicken thinks I am off by $7997.76 (i.e., $3998.88 x 2). However, if I reconcile to the "Paper statement" quicken does it correctly. This is only happening on this one account. The only thing different about this account is I recently restored the online connection, and had to backfill using the csv import.
