PSCU handled visa account for my credit union

I have set up my credit union in Quicken and it works fine for all my accounts, except for the Visa, which is handled by an outside organization, PSCU, and has different log in information.

I can access it on the credit union website, and then manually enter the information into Quicken, but would like to set it up to download automatically in Quicken. Can this be done?

    Hello @ahsamuelson,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with this question. To help determine if there is a connection option in Quicken for the Visa account, please provide the URL (web address) you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution website. If you get redirected to another website to view the account, please provide that URL also.

I look forward to your response!

Kristina, the url for the bank is franklinefirst.org and that takes me to https://dxonline-apps-s2-cloud.pscu.com/wps/portal/accesspoint/login?req=CaFyqmoPwR7oUpqfowm8NQ

    Thank you for your reply,

When I check our FIDIR (list of supported financial institutions), that URL is not listed. Unfortunately, that means that the connection is not supported.

There are 3 financial institutions listed with similar URLs: Nat Bank Blacksburg Credit Cards, Sierra Point CU, and Tri State Rail FCU Erie, PA. Since they are serviced by PSCU also, there is a very small chance you might be able to connect your credit card using one of these options.

If none of the options above let you connect, then I recommend reaching out to the financial institution to request that they support Quicken. If enough customers ask for it, then they may choose to support it.

Sorry I don't have better news!
