Can't setup online access for newly created Chase Checking/Savings Accounts

I've got 4 existing credit cards set up to download from Chase. Was approved for both a Checking and Savings account today, but I can't get online access to link up.

I've done the following…

  • Disabled online access for existing Chase accts
  • authorized access thru Chase multiple times (the new checking and savings show up on the Chase side as authorized for online access)
  • Logged out and back into my Quicken account
  • disabled mobile access
  • disabled all syncing of the file

I even created a new data file and tried to add the accounts. All that showed up were the credit card accounts. The checking and savings accounts do not come accross.

What step am I missing in being able to get these linked up! I'm on the latest version of Quicken Classic Premier.

Thanks

@DisplacedHoosier Today being Saturday, I would give it at least until Monday or even Tuesday before adding the accounts. DDA accounts have different set up requirements and usually require a weekday overnight process to be completely set up.

I'm in the same boat but 1 Credit card and Checking/Savings opened on July 5. Quicken only seeing my existing Credit Card but when validating on the Chase website all of the accounts are there and checked.

Has each new account been funded yet? That is, you have transferred funds into the new accounts and/or purchased something with the new credit card?

When trying to make Quicken find the new accounts, did you use the Tools / Add Account process (or click the "+" icon in the Account Sidebar title)? That's supposed to find all old and new accounts at the bank.

Backup your data file before you start this process. And be sure to correctly LINK all accounts found at the bank to the already existing account registers and/or let Quicken add new registers for the new accounts. Do NOT cross-link incorrect account pairs or you won't like the results.

If after running Add Account the new accounts still don't show, it might be advisable to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and ask for assistance. They should review your download log files, to see if there are any errors or error messages present.

Yesterday I was able to get external accounts linked and funding arrived today. I tried linking them in Quicken today and everything work as expected.

Not sure if it was just an amount of time that needed to pass or if there had to be some funding for the accounts, but everything is working for me now!
