can't add account

I can not add accounts. Tried to add 2 new credit cards to list of accounts, and it freezes up. I have tried over and over. have to close through control/alt-delete to close program. Have done many times. same thing.

I believe there is a bug. can anyone help.

    @Neepane what version of Quicken are you using? Click on Help → About Quicken.

    Also, what troubleshooting steps, if any, have you tried so far?

    Having the same problem but doesn't lock up just says "Quicken cannot complete Try later"

    Using R63.22

    Solved problem with this from Quicken support

    To resolve this issue

    First, wait one hour. Then, sign out of Quicken and sign back in:

    1. Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts.
    2. Click Sign in as a different user.
    3. Type "yes" to confirm and click Sign Out.
    4. After you sign out, sign back in with the same Quicken ID.
    5. Attempt to add your account again.

    If the issue persists

    If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please contact Quicken Support.
