can't add account

Question

I can not add accounts. Tried to add 2 new credit cards to list of accounts, and it freezes up. I have tried over and over. have to close through control/alt-delete to close program. Have done many times. same thing.

I believe there is a bug. can anyone help.

Solved problem with this from Quicken support

To resolve this issue

First, wait one hour. Then, sign out of Quicken and sign back in:

* Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts.
* Click Sign in as a different user.
* Type "yes" to confirm and click Sign Out.
* After you sign out, sign back in with the same Quicken ID.
* Attempt to add your account again.

I tried re-installing Quicken. Same problem
