@VinnG70 the first thing to try is to close and reopen Quicken.
If that didn't work, try relogging in to Quicken by clicking on Edit → Preferences → Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts, and then click on "Sign in as a different user":
- Click Edit → Preferences.
- In the left pane, select Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts.
- In the right pane, under Quicken Profile, click "Sign in as a different user".
- In the Sign in as a different user dialog, enter yes to confirm.
- Click Sign Out and then resign in with your Quicken ID.
If after doing that, you still cannot renew your Online Backup Subscription, I suggest contacting Quicken Support -

Thanks, I'm about to try the first fix as I already did the Refresh Sign in off the Help menu.

@VinnG70 - sorry that nothing worked. The only other suggestion is to contact Quicken Support. They should be able to help. I think I have read some other posts that this is what was last thing that was done. There were no other posts after that, but hopefully that means they got the issue resolved.
Either way, please report back the results or resolution. Thanks!
