Citi Double Cash Card (Not Retail Card) does not download.
Windows 11 Home; Quicken Classic Premier v. 63.21
I am having an issue with OSU and Citi Double Cash card. I have searched the other Citi postings, but the difference in this case is that this is NOT a retail card. Also, no error code appears.
The problem started occurring on 6/26/25. The account is connected via EWC+ under FI “Citi Cards.” When I run an OSU, whether on all my accounts or only the Citi card individually, I receive the message that the download is complete and no error messages are shown. However, no Citi card transactions download. In checking Citi’s website, many transactions have cleared. And just to clarify – these are not Pending transactions.
This is my primary credit card and I don’t want to mess around and end up losing years of data, so I’m coming here to see if anyone has a proven suggestion to offer.
