Seeing OL-393-A at TD Bank (again) but intermittent

Question

Started this morning. Anyone else? Fails about 60% of the time. Spends an inordinate amount of time on "waiting", then shows updating financial information, then fails with OL-393-A  - the 2nd or 3rd try works.
