Memorized Payee List - print problem

Windows R63.21 Build 27.1.63.21

The list only prints the 'Payee' and 'Type' columns. Also, the print dialog box is missing some selections that normally show - eg: 'Print preview'.

All other lists will print correctly and show the normal print dialog box options.

The last time I printed this list was 10/24/2024 and it printed fine.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. I tested in my Quicken, and saw the same issue as you.

It is a bit non-intuitive, but the print preview automatically comes up when you click the Print button.

The preview defaults to Scroll Mode, which looks good on the preview, but shows only the Payee and the Type when you print it. When I tested, Two Page Mode with the slider all the way towards the - sign shows the most information, although it still does not display the full page.

I reported this issue to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution. If you would like to contribute to the investigation, please send a problem report with log files attached by navigating to Help>Report a Problem and following the prompts.

While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.

In the meantime, you should be able to get the list to display in a printable format if you click the print button, then select Export>Export as Text.

Alternatively, since the issue started in R63, you can revert to R62.16 to print out the Memorized Payees List. To do that, first, backup your Quicken file, then use the article linked below for instructions on downloading and installing the patch.
