I just started with Quicken Window Classic Business & Personal 2025. I reconciled 1 month and it did beautiful. I did another month and when I sent up the reconciliation, it stated the last reconciliation date wrong, and the starting balance was wrong. I am reconciling off line.
The AI help stated there is an "Undo Last Reconciliation" button when you click on the Tools and Reconcile account, but that screen I see does not have that "Undo" option.
Please Help!
