Fidelity Rewards Card (Elan Financial Services) - 2FA does not generate a code through Quicken

With 2FA turned on - logging into the website a code is generated.
Quicken however, gets to the point where Quicken confirms the last four digits of the phone number to send the 2FA text message to - and then nothing else happens.

Upon review, I do see one successful connection log with Elan Financial Services.
Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What eventually occurs? Do you just return back to the previous screen? When did this issue begin to occur? Is this occurring when attempting to add accounts or when attempting to update accounts?
