I have been updating my Prudential Annuities for over a year. Now I cannot. Error FDP-102. I have spoken with Customer Service, sent log files and they finally opened a case but now without any notice, they have closed the case. No explanation. This is very disturbing that after being on the phone for over an hour and then being told they will call me after setting up a date and time for the call, Then they call to postpone the call and set up a new time then close the case without even notifying me. Instead tell me to call back.
