Can't add SEWING AND MORE/SYNCHRONY BANK Online to Quicken Classic
It seems no matter which Synchrony account type I try when trying to set up online functionality, I get a CC-503 error - even when I have verified that I am using the correct ID and Password.
Can anyone help in providing what selections I need to use in order to setup online functionality?

Thank you for letting us know you're having this issue. I checked our internal tools, and it looks like you're trying to connect to options for accounts that are directly under Synchrony Bank, rather than options that are serviced by Synchrony Bank.
To get a better idea of whether the connection is supported and which option to use if it is, please provide the URL (web address) that you use when logging directly into the account through the financial institution website.
