One-Step Update problems with VISA Mercury Card

BestWestern Visa from Mercury. One Step Update is reversing payments and credits. It is also downloading temporary holds like $1.00 gas station holds.

It was OK before June 1, but I hadn't used the card since then.

Regarding the temporary holds that are being downloaded, please check to see if you have Pending Transactions turned On or Off. If it is On, please turn it Off. You can review this Help Article for instructions.

As for the issue regarding payments and credits being reversed, please provide 3 example transactions, and submit your log files as well as screenshots so we can further investigate. You can do so by navigating to Help > Report a problem.
