Fractional shares are not downloaded properly after Merrill Lynch authorization switch
Fractional shares of purchase or sales transactions are being ignored in download transaction.
I sold 245.956 shares of a mutual fund. When Quicken downloaded the transaction, it only downloaded a sell of a whole number of shares of 245. This started happening when I transitioned to the new Merrill Lynch authorization a week or so ago.
It's happened multiple times since I was forced into the new download authorization scheme.

The above transactions downloaded into Quicken was for a 'Pending' transaction. Pending transactions should never be downloaded into Quicken as they could change.
What actually happened when the transaction cleared was a sale of 21.602 shares that downloaded into Quicken as a sale of 21 shares. The fractional shares were omitted. That is a problem.
