I already opened this issue back in April and it was confirmed to be a problem, yet it appears Anja closed the issue even though it has not been resolved. IMPORTANT: Do not close this issue until the problem is resolved. This is the only way we as customers can ask for a status update. When you close the issue, it prevents us from asking for a status update.
See Adding Sallie Mae Account is Broken — Quicken for a description of the problem. Why has this not been fixed yet. It is a security issue and exposes the user's Sallie Mae password in plain text. Can someone please get a status update on this and post it here.
…and please stop closing your customer's issues before they are resolved. We as customers do not have access to the people at Quicken that have to fix these problems. You do. Our expectation as customers is that you will continue to follow up on these with the developers and post regular updates here. It is the only way we will know what the status is.
