ERROR FDP-106 - FIRST BANK OF PUERTO RICO
I am reopening this as the last one was closed without any type of resolution.
Since 9/5/2023, none of us Quicken users with accounts at Firstbank Puerto Rico have been able to do any downloads of transactions. We keep getting the same error:
"An unexpected error occurred.
Please try again later.
Care Code: FDP-106
Details:
ACCOUNT_MISMATCH
No accounts found"
There have been several discussions that have been closed in the past, but nothing seems to be done about this. Can someone help??
p.d., The correct name for this bank is Firstbank (not First Bank as it appears in Quicken). The only way to find it in the institutions list is by searching for "Puerto Rico" and choosing "First Bank of Puerto Rico"). Typing "First Bank" or "Firstbank" will not work when searching in Quicken.

There is an open escalation for that ticket. The escalated team should contact you by email if they require more information or when they believe the issue is resolved.
