Wealthscape Investor - duplicate transactions downloading multiple times

The same "Sold / Bought / Refund of Commission cancelled Trade" transactions for several different stocks have been downloading from Wealthscape for close to 2 weeks. The Transactions all show a June 26 date but are not reflected on the June account statement. Is this part of a larger problem?

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.

To help get a better sense of what’s going on, could you let me know:

• Are the duplicate transactions exactly identical each time, or are there any small differences (like changes to the memo, amount, or status)?
• Are these transactions appearing in just one account, or are you seeing them across multiple Wealthscape-linked accounts?
• Are the affected transactions showing up as matched to existing ones, or are they being added as brand new each time?
• Have you made any recent changes to your account connection or reset the account recently?
• Do the transactions appear in the Downloaded Transactions tab first, or do they go straight into the register?
• When you manually review your June 26 activity on Wealthscape’s website, do you see any trace of these entries?

the problem occurred within only one account. Yes, they were identical. The duplicates stopped after 2 or 3 downloads and are no longer found.

No, the transactions did no show up as matched to existing ones, and were being newly added.

Yes, they appeared in the Downloaded Transactions tab.

On the Wealthscape website, there was one set of 'cancelled' transactions, not multiple. (Same with the subsequent statement.)

From what I can tell, there were 3 Sold Transactions and 2 Buy Transactions for the same date (6/26). However, they were entered with a 7/1 Sale date. Due to some date issue (on the WS side?) the transactions were ultimately cancelled, then re-entered with a new date (and different cost amounts).

This can be closed since it is no longer occurring, but overall it was quite strange.
