Using Quicken Classic on the PC. I can update all of my existing accounts, but when I try to add a new account, I get a blank screen. For example, if I try to add Vanguard - I select "Vanguard" from the add account screen, a blue circle flashes for a few moments, and then the window is blank. I can back out of the window and try again, but the same thing happens. I am also unable to connect to Quicken help from the PC app. I am using a work computer, but no VPN is connected. Please help!
