I'm getting this on both of our Vanguard accounts this morning… haven't seen this recently. Problem was reported via the HELP pulldown.

Thanks Anja… I tried that… and it seems to still have the problem… I sent another problem report with the heading "Vanguard OL-301-A after refresh of financial institution Branding and Profi"
SEEMS TO BE FIXED NOW. I restarted quicken again… update completed without the error.
