    Hello @Andre7,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, is this happening when you're trying to import a QFX file into Quicken?

    If that is what is triggering the error, then that would indicate that there is incorrect information in the QFX file, which is preventing Quicken from being able to verify the financial institution.

    Since the QFX file is generated by the financial institution, I would recommend contacting the financial institution for assistance with this issue.
