Transfer from savings to IRA showing up as an expense?

When I use the 'Income/Expense by Category' widget, it shows an expense transaction that was actually a transfer from savings to IRA. is this a bug or is there something I need to configure to have it display correctly?

    Please do TOOLS, Account List and click EDIT adjacent to your IRA. What does the "Tax Deferred" button show? Then click the Tax Schedule at the bottom of the dialog. What shows for "Transfers to this account"?
