No Fidelity Signature Rewards Visa Statements (Elan)

Fidelity Signature Rewards Visa stopped downloading monthly Bill Statement pdfs from Elan Financial Services (EFS) for past three months, starting in May 2025. Since then, Quicken also no longer puts ‘balance due’ in the account's Bill and Income Reminder. However, all individual transactions continue to download into account register from EFS fine and the reconcile function works like it should. This seems to be deja vu of discussion about a year ago. Has anyone had similar recent experience or can you offer suggestions to recover and resume missing statements? Thank you.

    Hello @SeaStar,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. The problem is likely being caused by the fact that the connection status is currently showing as Degraded (which means there are known issues that are being worked on, but people may have issues connecting, and may not be able to see the statements). We do not currently have an ETA.
