Fidelity Brokerage Account Download Issue
Hi,
No new transactions are getting downloaded. When I tried to reset account, I see the following error. Please help.
"Account Fidelity Brokerage cannot be reset as there are downloaded transactions that must first be accepted into the account register or transaction list. Finish accepting the downloaded transactions and then try again."
But there are no downloaded transactions for me to accept.

Hello @ramkii162,
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention!
Before beginning any troubleshooting, please save a backup (just in case).
To start with, please right-click the account experiencing this problem in the Account List sidebar and select Edit/Delete Account. Then, navigate to the Online Services tab and check if "Automatic entry is: ..." is set to On or Off (see below).
Please click on it and select the opposite choice of what is currently selected. If it is set to "No - Never...", please switch it to "Yes - Always…" or vice versa (see below). Doing so should allow you to deactivate the account without getting the error message again. You can switch this setting back after reactivating the account.
Once that is done, attempt to deactivate the account. If needed, please follow the steps found in this support article to deactivate. Once deactivated, please reactivate through Add Account, by navigating to Tools > Add Account..., search for your Financial Institution name, and follow the prompts to connect. Once your account(s) have been found, link to the existing account(s) you have already set up in Quicken.
Let us know how it goes!-Quicken Anja

The link to the support article gives a 404 error.
I had the same issue as above. It seemed to lock all my transactions so that no other accounts; bank, credit, or investments, would download.
1. I disabled the Fidelity account in question from downloading during the update and all the other accounts worked as normal.
2. I changed my automatic entry from yes to no and that allowed me to run an update on the account.
3. I deactivated the online service, closed Quicken, then started Quicken and reactivated the account
Issues noted:
Quicken asked for how many decimal points to gather for shares, I responded 4, now it downloads 2 causing share issues. It use to do 3 before.
Quicken asked do I want my money market tracked as a stock. I said No. It is now tracking as a stock and complains the shares don't line up.
Have not figured out how to fix the two items above. All other accounts work fine.0
