Default for investment accounts

Several of my investment accounts (those with mutual funds only) no longer show a ledger. The option to fix is grayed out and it is seemingly impossible to fix. I am waiting for a call from support to help me again. It would be good if the default is the traditional view you have with brokerage accounts. The problem is without the ledger it is impossible to categorized transactions.

It sounds like those accounts are displaying "Simple Tracking".

SO, while it's not apparent what you've already tried, I'll recommend this. Do TOOLS, Account List and click EDIT adjacent to each account with this issue. In the lower left corner of the Account Details dialog is the choice between "Simple" and "Complete" tracking.

Are you saying that "Complete" tracking is unavailable?

Also, what Q product, and what BUILD of that product are you running? This info is available at HELP, About Quicken.

Have you recently changed to this product from another Q product?

Have you recently changed your download method into these accounts, say from Direct Connect to Express Web Connect+?
