Check pay question

I have created two new payments in check pay. One of them appears normal. The second payment has a check number assigned but when I check "status" and click "preview" the check image displayed does not show the payee or delivery address, just the check amount. The first check appears as pending in the checking account register, but the second one does not.

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. Unfortunately, we are not able to check the status of Check Pay payments through the Community. Based on your description, it sounds like there may be an issue with that second payment, since it's not showing the payee or the delivery address. I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support directly, via phone or chat, for further assistance, since they have access to tools that we can't access on the Community, and they can escalate the issue if needed. Quicken Support's contact information can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday. Chat support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, 7 days a week.
