Windows export to CVS
I need to get all of my data out of quicken but it seems you are holding it hostage. Please explain how to do this.

Well, for starters, I think you mean CSV (Comma Separated Values) and not CVS (the store).
BUT, you haven't stated why you're unable to do so or HOW Q is holding your data hostage … so without more info there's not much that can be done to assist you.

@sally13 - what version of Quicken are you using? Older versions don't have the same export capabilities as the current subscription version. Click on Help → About Quicken.
No matter what, there are a variety of ways to export data, depending on what type of data you want.
